The whole area is filled with interesting and varied places to eat. You will find every kind of cuisine imaginable within walking distance of the apartment. And hundreds more less than 10 minutes drive.

Duquesa Yacht Marina is just a 5 minute stroll along the sea front, and is surrounded by bars, cafes, and restaurants. In the evening, some have live music, Karaoke and Discos. And some have quieter bars playing jazz and blues music. There are also some sophisticated restaurants serving very fine food and wine.

Around the Marina you will find restaurants from all over the world, Chinese, Indian, French, American, Italian, English, and of course Spanish. There is a traditional English pub, The Jolly Sailor, and a sports bars showing sport on giant screen TVs.

The bars are open till the early hours, and you won’t need to drive, everything is within 10 minutes easy flat walking of the apartment.

If you are adventurous instead dinning near the sea front, travel inland and eat with the local Spanish people. They will give you a warm welcome as they love to have English people in their restaurants, and its fun to struggle with the menu all in Spanish. You will always find some help from the staff or even better by the locals on the next table who will have a smattering of English. Go up into the mountains behind Duquesa Port and you will find some wonderful places and people.

Nearby you can dine while watching a live flamenco show. The dancers in their traditional costumes stamp their feet and clap their hands, and the guitar players are simply amazing. Real Flamenco......Fantastic

The Spanish village right next to the apartment also has some great traditional fish and sea food restaurants.  With many locals still living and working in the village, it still has a real old fashioned Spanish feel to the place.

The town of Sabinillis is an easy pleasant walk along the beach front ,or three minutes in a car, and is also full of places to eat and drink from Burger King and Pizzas to Haut Cuisine and everything in between. You will be spoilt for choice.
