The route is very simple. Basically a straight motorway road from the Airport to Manilva, then,
through the village of Manilva, to Duquesa. As you leave the Airport follow the sign to E15 N340 to MALAGA and CADIZ . Go past the San Miguel Brewery on your right. Stay in the far right hand lane. DON'T GO OVER THE FLYOVER. Follow the signs to N340 TORREMOLINOS and CADIZ. After Approximately 4 Km follow the BLUE sign to ALGECIRAS & BENALMADENA. You are now on the right motorway. From now on, follow the LARGE blue signs only. where the place names are in CAPITAL LETTERS. Don't follow the small blue signs. You are now on the A7 AutoRoute. (motorway). Keep following the large blue signs to ALGACIRAS. There are various smaller blue signs leading off the motorway to various places, including Algaciras, do not take them. Stay in on the motorway in the correct lane for ALGECERIAS and CADIZ. You will come to a large blue motorway sign that says ALGECIRAS MARBELLA Follow this sign. When you come to the turn off to CALAHONDA DO NOT TAKE IT continue on the motorway through the TOLL aprox 5 Euros. Just after the toll tunnel you will see the first sign to ESTOPONA 39 km. (DUQUESA is just past ESTOPONA). Remain on the motorway posted to ALGECIRAS ESTOPONA The next toll is near Marbella. When you get to the MARBELLA area, be careful to get in to the correct lane. There are few junctions and intersections and all have several blue signs all posted to Algeciras Estopona showing different routes to get there. You should be in the outside lane, the fast lane, following the LARGE BLUE SIGNS where the place names are printed in CAPITAL LETTERS. Follow the sign that only says ALGECIRAS CADIZ You will see that the near side lanes go down, and through a tunnel underpass. Do not go through the underpass. YOU SHOULD TAKE THE OUTSIDE LANE AND GO OVER THIS TUNNEL sign posted only to ALGECIRAS CADIZ. Then keep following the LARGE BLUE SIGNS to ESTOPONA ALGECIRAS CADIZ. Keep Going past the first and second and third exits to ESTOPONA. The next exit is MANILVA. And this is where you leave the motorway. (You are very nearly there) The exit slip road circles back on itself and goes through a toll. (Aprox 1 Euro) After the toll you immediately you come to a roundabout, take the exit to MANILVA. And then the new road to SAN LUIS SABINILLAS and travel down towards the sea. When you come to the bottom of the road, there is a dual carriageway main road, where you can only turn right. Turn right, and after about 200 meters on your right you will see a signpost to PUERTO DE LA DUQUESA. This is the exit to DUQUESA PORT. But don’t use it yet, first you need to collect the keys to the apartment. Continue on the road past DUQUESA PORT to the next roundabout (about 500 meters). Take the 3rd exit into the urbanizion marked "Castillio" (in other words turn left at this roundabout) and immediately turn left again, and now go along the slip road that goes back the way you just came, but alongside the main road that you you have just left, At the end of this slip road is DUQUESA ESTATES. Park right outside the door and pick up the keys. If you are going to arrive after hours, they will, by prior arrangement leave the keys and directions to the apartments in their outside safe. They
are English and will give you any help and assistance you may need during
your stay.
