The apartment is fully air conditioned. It is also extra large, being around 122^m2. compared to the normal 80^m2.  

It has two bedrooms. the main bedroom has a bathroom ensuite and direct access to the large balcony  facing directly over the beach with unobscured views over the Mediterranean.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, and double patio doors with views of the the beautifully manicured, landscaped  tropical gardens and fabulous "lagoon style" swimming pool.

Of course there is direct access from the  gardens to the beach with no roads to cross.

The apartment is newly furnished with the latest modern designer furniture, and equipped with a 32" flat screen TV, theatre sound system, and DVD player. It comes complete with a sky sports package including BBC, ITV etc.

A two minute walk brings you to the small Old Spanish Village of Castillio, named after the castle that you can visit, where there are many excellent bars and traditional fish restaurants. There is not much English spoken in this village, so you can practice your Spanish. The village is a protected world heritage site.
 

The Yacht Marina is a 5 minute stroll along the sea front. And is surrounded by  bars, cafes, and restaurants. In the evening, some have live music, Karaoke and Discos. And some have quieter bars playing jazz and blues music. There are also some sophisticated restaurants. serving very fine food and wine.

Around the Marina you will find restaurants from all over the world, Chinese, Indian, French, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish.

The bars are open till the early hours, and you won't need to drive, everything is within 5 minutes easy flat walking from the apartment.

At the end of your evening, there is no going inland or up a mountain to get home. This apartment is right on the beach, in the very front line, when you look out from the balcony, you get a 180 degrees view of the blue Mediterranean, and being just along from the busy marina all you can hear at night is peaceful silence.

During the day, the many cafes all around the bustling port serve lunch and light snacks as well as just tea and coffee. Enjoy a drink sitting right by the marina and do some serious people watching, and see the boats as they come and go. The local fishermen bring their catch into the marina to sell to the beach bars and restaurants. If you like fish and seafood you wont get it fresher.

In addition there are many shops on the marina, clothes shops such as Beneton. and private boutiques. You can get your hair or nails done and there is a gym to work off all that eating and drinking.

Either side of the marina are safe beaches with beach bars. For a quieter beach, use the one directly in front of the apartment . It usually has only a few people on it, and its only 30 seconds from this beach, to the apartment gardens and pool.

If you fancy a round or two on a world class course. Duquesa Golf is just across the road behind the Apartment, and there are several more within a 10-minute drive, and if you're a budding Tiger Woods, the world famous Valderama championship course is just 30 minutes down the road.

Located between Marbella and Gibraltar, Los Granados it is perfect for a beach or golf holiday. By car its only 15 minutes from Estepona, 25 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus, and 30 minutes from Gibraltar.
